We recommend verifying part numbers or consulting a professional mechanic before finalizing your order.

2. "As-Is" Condition & Warranty

Unless a specific extended warranty is purchased or noted on your invoice, all parts are sold in "as-is" used condition. While we test our inventory for functionality, used parts naturally show wear and tear. Our liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the part as outlined in our Refund Policy.

3. Limitation of Liability

Hobbies Used Auto Parts is not liable for:

• Any injury, loss, or damage (direct or indirect) resulting from the use or installation of our parts.

• Labor costs, towing fees, car rental fees, or any other incidental expenses incurred due to a part failure or incorrect fitment.

• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or racing/off-road applications.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim for rapid processing and offer international shipping. However, once a package is handed over to a carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.), Hobbies Used Auto Parts is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier logistics. For international orders, all import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

5. Core Charges

Certain items, such as engines and transmissions, may carry a "core charge." This deposit is refundable only if the old part is returned to us within 30 days, drained of all fluids, and in rebuildable condition.

6. Core Markings and Installation

All parts are marked with a proprietary Hobbies Used Auto Parts identifier. Removal or tampering with these marks voids all return rights and warranties. We strongly recommend that all parts be installed by a certified ASE technician to ensure safety and proper function.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, and images of our inventory, is the property of Hobbies Used Auto Parts and may not be used or reproduced without written consent.

8. Governing Law
